Planning Ahead to Protect Your Health
Effective emergency preparedness helps limit the impact of outbreaks and protects everyone’s health. Our team stays trained and coordinated with local, state and federal partners to respond efficiently when needed.

Emergency Health Coalition
SA7 Regional Healthcare Coalition provides the mechanism for coordinated assistance in Buena Vista, Calhoun, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, Hamilton, Humboldt, Palo Alto, Pocahontas, Sac and Webster counties. The coalition is supplemented by local, tribal, state and federal resources in response to a public health, medical or major incidents requiring a coordinated response, and/or during a developing, potential health and medical emergency, involving incident victims and response workers and, as appropriate in need of additional therapeutic response or assistance. Services also encompass the medical needs of members of the "at risk" or "special needs" population described in the SA7 individual county disaster plans. It includes a community whose members may have medical and other functional needs before, during and after an incident.
