BV County Public Health and Home Care offers Lifeline, a trusted medical alert service that helps older adults and individuals with medical conditions live safely and independently at home. With 24/7 access to emergency help at the push of a button, Lifeline provides peace of mind for both users and their families.


With Lifeline medical alert system, you have quick access to the help you need 24/7, 365 days a year, whether at home or on the go, ensuring peace of mind for independent living. Lifeline offers a wearable device that you can simply press your help button, and a Trained Care Specialist will assess your situation and send the help you need—whether to a friend, family member, neighbor or emergency service.
Lifeline also provides an option that automatically detects a fall. With this button a Trained Care Specialist will contact you immediately through the system’s two-way speaker—even if you are unable to press your button. If you cannot speak, our Trained Care Specialists will dispatch the appropriate help.
